How are lessons billed?
All lessons on Crainly are paid prior to the lesson. This ensures that students are aware of the actual total price and there are no suprise fees after lesson is finished.

How can I cancel a lesson?
Lessons can be cancled by going to My Lessons. Students can select "View" on the particular lesson they would like to cancel. After selecting "View" user will have the cancel option.
Please be mindful of the tutors set cancellation policy listed on their profile. -
How do I join a Online Lesson?
After a lesson is booked and the mode is set as Online, User can view the lesson in My Lessons. Users can join the Online lesson up to 10 minutes prior to the start time of the lesson. When a Online lesson is ready to join, there will be a "Join" button for users to select and be conected to the online session.
Currently Online Lessons can only be joined from a Computer and not a mobile device. -
Are background checks offered?
Students can request a background check on any tutor at anytime by going to the tutors profile and selecting "Purchase a Background Check."
Please know that this may take 3-5 business days and is subject to a one time fee.
